Tracking Your Order
Stay updated on your order's journey from purchase to delivery with our tracking tools.
How to Track Your Order
Follow these steps to check your order status:
- Log in to your Mamben account
- Go to "My Orders" in your account menu
- Find the order you want to track
- Click "Track Order" to see detailed status
- View the tracking timeline and estimated delivery date
You can also track your order using the tracking number sent to your email.
Understanding Order Status
Pending
Order received, awaiting payment confirmation
Processing
Payment confirmed, vendor preparing your order
Shipped
Order dispatched and on its way to you
Out for Delivery
Order is with the courier for final delivery
Delivered
Order successfully delivered to you
Order Notifications
Stay updated with automatic notifications:
- Email confirmation when order is placed
- SMS/Email when order is shipped with tracking number
- Notification when order is out for delivery
- Delivery confirmation notification
