Welcome to Mamben Marketplace
Creating an account on Mamben Marketplace is quick and easy. Whether you want to shop for products or become a vendor, your account is your gateway to Namibia's premier online marketplace.
You'll need a valid email address and phone number to create your account. Make sure you have access to both for verification.
Navigate to Sign Up
Start by visiting the Mamben Marketplace homepage:
- Go to mamben.com
- Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner
- You can also click "Login" and then select "Create Account"
Fill in Your Details
Complete the registration form with your information:
Full Name
Enter your first and last name as they appear on your ID
Email Address
Use an email you check regularly for notifications
Phone Number
Your Namibian mobile number for OTP verification
Password
Create a strong password with at least 8 characters
Verify Your Email
After submitting the form, you'll receive a verification email:
- Check your inbox for an email from Mamben Marketplace
- Click the "Verify Email" button in the email
- If you don't see the email, check your spam folder
- You can request a new verification email from the login page
The verification link expires after 24 hours. If it expires, you can request a new one from the login page.
Complete Your Profile
Once verified, log in and complete your profile:
- Add a profile picture to personalize your account
- Add your delivery address for faster checkout
- Set your notification preferences
- Review and accept the terms of service
