Inventory Dashboard Overview
Your inventory dashboard provides a complete view of all your products and stock levels. Access it from your vendor dashboard by clicking "Inventory" in the sidebar.

Managing Stock Levels
Keep your stock levels accurate to avoid overselling:
- Go to Products → Inventory
- Find the product you want to update
- Click the stock quantity field
- Enter the new quantity and save
Products with zero stock will automatically be marked as "Out of Stock" and hidden from search results.
Low Stock Alerts
Set up alerts to never run out of stock unexpectedly:
- Set a low stock threshold for each product (e.g., alert when below 10 units)
- Receive email notifications when stock falls below threshold
- View all low stock items in a dedicated dashboard section
- Get daily inventory summary reports
Bulk Operations
Save time by updating multiple products at once:

Select multiple products and update their stock levels simultaneously

Download your inventory as CSV, make changes, and re-upload
