Requirements

Before you start, make sure you have:

Personal Documents

  • • Valid Namibian ID or Passport
  • • Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement)
  • • Recent passport-size photo

Business Documents

  • • Business registration certificate (if applicable)
  • • Tax clearance certificate
  • • Bank account details for payouts

Individual sellers without a registered business can still apply. Additional verification may be required.

Create Your Account

Start by creating a regular Mamben account if you don't have one:

  1. Go to mamben.com and click "Sign Up"
  2. Complete the registration form with your details
  3. Verify your email address
  4. Log in to your new account

Apply to Become a Vendor

Navigate to the vendor application:

  1. Click on your profile menu
  2. Select "Become a Vendor"
  3. Read and accept the vendor terms and conditions
  4. Click "Start Application"

Complete Business Information

Fill in your business details:

  • Store Name: Choose a unique, memorable name
  • Store Description: Describe what you sell
  • Payment Details: Bank account for receiving payments

Upload Documents

Upload the required verification documents:

Document Requirements

  • • Files must be in PDF, JPG, or PNG format
  • • Maximum file size: 5MB per document
  • • Documents must be clear and readable
  • • All information must be visible

Verification Process

After submitting your application, our team will review your documents:

  • Review typically takes 1-3 business days
  • You'll receive email updates on your application status
  • We may contact you for additional information if needed
  • Once approved, you can start listing products immediately
